It delineates the importance of retaining and rewarding nurse clinicians for their clinical expertise in HIV care and encourages continuous professional development.
It is platform for healthcare professionals where we share ideas, discuss cases, keep updated, provide psychosocial support and advocate for better care, quality services and the rights of healthcare professionals. The AQuaH community was started by Dr Lesego Mawela . He sees this platform as a digital extension of his clinical mentoring role so he can reach more healthcare professionals and provide opportunities for professional development and clinical competency.
